Originally built as a Yawl, which included a small mizzenmast (a Cal 25 mast) and a large S/S bow pulpit. The pulpit was designed to counterbalance the rig by moving the forestay 24” forward. The mizzenmast was removed in the early 70’s. The large bow pulpit was removed in 2004. The boat presently is reconfigured back to the original sloop specifications.

Former names include “Patriot”, “Tsunami” & “Westerly”. In 1978, the boat was bought in Long Beach, CA and sailed it to Kaneohe Bay, Hawaii. It was berthed at Waikiki Yacht Club from 1981 until 2000. She was then delivered to Sausalito, California where she remained until December 2004. She is presently located in Newport Beach, CA.
